Semolina Pudding a.k.a Upma

Upma, seemingly easy to come up with...yet I put amchur in it; purely out of ignorance and not based on my culinary skills. Packet supposed to have black salt had amchur. But wonder why black salt is needed for Upma. Well, the cook ran out of common salt and hence black salt comes in picture. However, garlic and green chillies pickle saved the day and gues what ... the evening meal as well.
